Tracy Redfearn Matheson: President/Founder

Tracy is wife to David and mother to Nick, Ben, Max, and Molly Jane. Upon graduating from The University of Oklahoma, she worked as an elementary school teacher in Fairfax County, Virginia. She also worked as a Mission and Outreach Coordiantor at her church when the family lived in Winter Park, Florida. Most recently she has worked as a Realtor. Her kids call her “Batmom”, a title which suits her well for her current task… momma with a mission. Molly was her world, her best friend, and her right hand. Her commitment to Project Beloved: The Molly Jane Mission is steadfast and relentless.

Becky Redfearn Halterman:Vice-President

Becky is wife to Phil, mother to Clint and Claire and aunt of Molly Jane. A graduate of The University of Kansas, she earned her Master of Social Work from The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She is a Licensesd Clinical Social Worker and has worked with a variety of populations including physically and sexually abused children as well as families who are in the process of adopting. Becky and her family live in North Carolina. She is a gifted gardener and even more gifted cook.

Laura Matheson Stroh: Secretary

Laura is wife to Kyle, mother to Kameron and Mallary and aunt of Molly Jane. Laura and Kyle live in Houston, Texas and own Marine Drug Testing, a drug and alcohol testing company. Prior to working for her family business, Laura worked for many years as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse at UTMB in Galveston, Texas. They are a family divided as Laura is a Longhorn and Kyle is an Aggie. Laura’s claim to fame is her ability to stretch a dollar with her uncanny coupon skills.

Mindy Driskell Heigi: Treasurer

Mindy is wife to Tom, mother to Jake and Will and neighbor of Molly Jane. Mindy and Tom are proud and enthusiastic graduates of Texas A&M… Aggies. She most recently served as the CFO or Carlile Bancshares Inc., a bank holding company specializing in acquisitions and management of small to regional banks in Texas and Colorado. Mindy has over two decades of accounting and finance experience, primarily in the banking industry. She has served her community by chairing various charitable events and is an active volunteer at her sons’ school.

Kathy McKibbin: Board Member

Kathy is a long-time friend to Tracy, since their roommate days at the University of Oklahoma. She is mother to three grown children- Jackson, Kennedy, and Brooks. Kathy and Molly Jane shared a fascination with neglected homes for sale with “potential”. She lives and works in Fort Worth, Texas as a designer for a homebuilder and remodeler. When not at the office, she can be found working on half-finished projects around the house or in the yard. Her current designation as an “empty nester” leaves plenty of available time on the weekends for enjoying live sporting events on sunny days on a patio listening to live music.

Meredith Dorris: Board Member

Meredith is wife to Hank and mother to Holt and friend to Tracy. A graduate of Colorado State University, she worked in mortgage banking (risk management and secondary marketing) for over 30 years. She most recently was Vice Chariman of Affiliated Mortgage (a subsidiary of Benchmark Bank) in Dallas, Texas. She served various volunteer positions at Trinity Valley School, serves on the Advisory Council for Project 4031 and is in leadership for the Fort Worth Youth Lacrosse Association. When she is not busy with those activities, you can find her on the pickleball court.
