Tracy Redfearn Matheson:

President/Founder

Tracy is wife to David and mother to Nick, Ben, Max, and Molly Jane. Upon graduating from The University of Oklahoma, she worked as an elementary school teacher in Fairfax County, Viriginia. She also worked as Mission and Outreach Coordinator at her church when the family lived in Winter Park, Florida. Most recently she has worked as a Realtor. Her kids call her “Batmom”, a title which suits her well for her current task… momma with a mission. Molly was her world, her best friend, and her right hand. Her commitment to Project Beloved: The Molly Jane Mission is steadfast and relentless.

Shey Thompson: Administrative ASsistatnt

Shey graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with her Bachelor’s in Psychology. She is a full-time realtor in Fort Worth, Texas and loves the flexibility that real estate offers for her to also be able to work alongside Tracy and Project Beloved. She is a member of the Junior League of Fort Worth and has previous expereince working with other non-profit organizations. She recently married her husband, Dylan, who is a high school football coach. Any free time they have is spent with friends, family, and their two dogs, Kali & Champ.

Claire Halterman: Beloved Bundle Administrator

Claire is cousin of Molly Jane and niece of Tracy. She is a recent graduate of Appalachian State University where she received her Bachelor’s of Social Work. Claire is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte working towards her Master’s of Social Work degree. She has worked with survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence outside of her work with Project Beloved. During Claire’s senior year of high school, she founded the Project Beloved Club where she was the president and educated her fellow students about sexual assault and its impacts, in addition to assembling Beloved Bundles on multiple occasions. When she is not doing school work, Claire spends time with her two cats, Sybil & Millie.
