Tracy Redfearn Matheson: President/Founder
Tracy is wife to David and mother to Nick, Ben, Max and Molly Jane. Upon graduation from The University of Oklahoma, she worked as an elementary school teacher in Fairfax County Virginia. She also worked as Mission and Outreach Coordinator at her church when the family lived in Winter Park, Florida. Most recently she has worked as a Realtor. Her kids call her "Batmom," a title which suits her well for her current task...momma with a mission. Molly was her world, her best friend, and her right hand. Her commitment to Project Beloved: The Molly Jane Mission is steadfast and relentless.
Shey Thompson Viard: Administrative Assistant
Shey graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with her bachelors in psychology. She is a full time realtor in Fort Worth and loves the flexibility that real estate offers for her to also be able to work alongside Tracy and Project Beloved. She is a member of the Junior League of Fort Worth and has previous experience working with other non-profit organizations. She recently married her husband, Dylan, who is a high school football coach. Any free time they have is spent with friends, family, and their two dogs, Kali & Champ.
Claire Halterman:Beloved Bundle Administrator
Claire is cousin of Molly Jane and niece of Tracy. A recent graduate of Appalachian State University with her Bachelor’s of Social Work. She is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte working towards her Master’s of Social Work. Claire has worked with survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence outside of her work with Project Beloved. In her senior year of high school, she created a Project Beloved Club where she was the president and educated about sexual assault and trauma. The club also assembled Beloved Bundles on multiple occasions.
